The HTFI Team Is Growing.

We’re delighted to welcome two new skilled and experienced investigators to the housing tenancy fraud team.
David Chenery brings a wealth of experience with him having worked as an Intelligence Officer in London and abroad for the last 42 years. David is an expert in intelligence gathering and long-term surveillance and is well versed in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information.
Awarded a Commissioners Commendation for leadership, detective ability and tenacity we have no doubt that David is going to be a valuable member of the team. Focusing on building a partnership with the housing association, we are grateful to have him on board.
Natalie Bownes will also be joining the housing tenancy fraud team this month. Starting her career as a Police Officer in the Metropolitan Police, Natalie has conducted many investigations successfully. There she secured evidence, kept meticulous notes, and did her job to a very high standard.
Following her time in the police, Natalie worked for various councils as a fraud investigator making her the perfect addition to the HTFI team. Gaining experience in investigating tenancy fraud, blue badge fraud, and insurance fraud Natalie will be able to hit the ground running and quickly develop a strong relationship with the housing association and team.
They will all be joining Peter Kirkham and the rest of the housing tenancy fraud team. Having worked in the police force for over 20 years and finishing his career there as a Detective Chief Inspector, Peter is a highly skilled investigator, used to dealing with integrate cases and experience of training teams.
We are all genuinely grateful to have David and Natalie joining HTFI and continuing our mission to eradicate housing tenancy fraud across England.
