We’re thrilled to share the incredible success of Phoenix Community Housing’s Summer Fun programme, which HTFI was proud to sponsor this year. The results exceeded all expectations and demonstrated the real impact that community partnerships can have.
The three Summer Fun events attracted over 1,300 adults and children — a record attendance for Phoenix Community Housing, with families who attended calling their friends and neighbours to join in as word spread about the fantastic activities on offer.
The quality of the experience spoke for itself, with an outstanding 99% satisfaction rate across all three events. As one resident put it: “This has been absolutely brilliant, there’s so much for our kids to enjoy. I can’t wait for next year. Thank you Phoenix.”
At HTFI (Housing Tenancy Fraud Investigations), we believe in supporting the communities we serve and we are thrilled to also support events that bring residents together, create lasting memories for families, and strengthen the fabric of local communities. When we see children enjoying activities and families making connections with their neighbours, we’re reminded of what we’re ultimately working to protect — thriving, sustainable communities.
We want to extend our congratulations to the entire Phoenix Community Housing team for organising such successful events.
We’re grateful to Phoenix for acknowledging our support but the real reward is knowing that over 1,300 people had memorable summer days filled with activities and community spirit. HTFI founder Paul Slowey adds: “It gives the team at HTFI so much pleasure to not only make homes available for those on the temporary social housing list but also give something back to the community.”
We look forward to supporting Phoenix Community Housing’s future initiatives and continuing to play our part in building stronger, more connected communities.
